Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TS Autofill browser extension and the https://connect.tsglobal.site website. By creating an account or using the extension you accept them.

1. What the service does

TS Autofill helps you fill Indian visa application forms faster. It reads a passport or a previously saved application PDF, turns it into a reusable profile, and fills the matching fields on the official form. You remain responsible for checking every field before submitting an application.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure.
• One account per person. Do not share your access token with others.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service or attempts fraud.

3. Credits and payment

• Each extraction deducts credits from your balance. Current prices are shown on your dashboard.
• Credits are added after we verify your payment. Verification may take some time.
• If an extraction fails because of a system error, the credits are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and are not refundable once added, except where the law requires.
• A coupon can be used once per account and may expire or run out.
• Prices and bonus amounts may change; changes apply from the moment they are announced.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for documents that are not yours or that you are not authorised to handle.
• Submit forged, altered or stolen documents.
• Attempt to bypass the credit system, resell access, or automate the service beyond normal use.
• Interfere with the official visa website or break any law while using the service.

5. Accuracy

Text is read from your document automatically and can contain mistakes — especially with unclear scans. Always check every field yourself before submitting. We are not responsible for a rejected, delayed or incorrect visa application.

6. Availability

We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. It may be paused for maintenance, or affected by problems at the official visa website or at the extraction provider.

7. No affiliation

We are not connected with, endorsed by, or acting for the Government of India, IVAC, or any embassy or visa authority. This is an independent helper tool.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

9. Ending your use

You may stop at any time by removing the extension and asking us to close your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms; any remaining balance in that case is forfeited.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the last change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
