Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TS Autofill browser extension and the https://connect.tsglobal.site website. By creating an account or using the extension you accept them.

1. What the service does

TS Autofill helps you fill online travel forms faster. It reads a passport or a previously saved application PDF, turns it into a reusable profile, and fills the matching fields on the supported forms. You remain responsible for checking every field before submitting an application.

The supported forms are:

• Indian visa application — indianvisa-bangladesh.nic.in
• Bangladesh Police Clearance — pcc.police.gov.bd
• Bangladesh travel tax — billpay.sonalibank.com.bd/nbrTravelTax
• Land-port passenger charge — passenger.blpa.gov.bd
• India e-Arrival card — indianvisaonline.gov.in/earrival

The extension also includes helper tools for the same application: a photo editor for the applicant photograph, background removal, a passport-validity warning, generation of the visa undertaking letters (medical and tourist) and the consent letter for a minor, and a fresh website session after each completed application.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure.
• One account per person. Do not share your access token with others.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service or attempts fraud.

3. Credits and payment

• Each paid action deducts credits from your balance. Current prices are shown on your dashboard and next to each button before you use it.
• Paid actions include: document extraction (passport or application PDF), CAPTCHA solving, background removal, and generation of the visa undertaking letters (medical and tourist) or the consent letter.
• Credits are added after we verify your payment. Verification may take some time.
• If an action fails because of a system error, the credits are returned automatically.
• Money added to your balance (recharge) is not refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash; it can be used for any of our services at any time. If a payment was taken but the balance was not added, or the same payment was taken twice, see our Return & Refund Policy. Bonus and coupon credit have no cash value.
• Online payments are processed by our payment partner (PayStation). Balance is added as soon as the payment is confirmed — see our Delivery Policy.
• A coupon can be used once per account and may expire or run out.
• Prices and bonus amounts may change; changes apply from the moment they are announced.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for documents that are not yours or that you are not authorised to handle.
• Submit forged, altered or stolen documents.
• Attempt to bypass the credit system, resell access, or automate the service beyond normal use.
• Interfere with the official websites or break any law while using the service.

5. Visa undertaking letters

The medical visa undertaking and consent letter are generated inside your browser from the hospital invitation letter you provide; the tourist visa undertaking is generated from your saved profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invitation letter, the profile and any details you enter. Check the generated document carefully before uploading it to any official site. We do not verify the invitation letter and are not responsible for a rejection caused by incorrect information in it.

6. Photo editor and background removal

The photo editor and background-removal tools run inside your browser and only prepare the photograph for upload to the official site. You are responsible for making sure the final photo meets the requirements of that site. Always confirm the result before submitting.

7. Accuracy

Text is read from your document automatically and can contain mistakes — especially with unclear scans. Always check every field yourself before submitting. Warnings shown by the extension (for example about passport validity) are only a convenience and are not legal or official advice. We are not responsible for a rejected, delayed or incorrect application on any of the supported sites.

8. Availability

We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. It may be paused for maintenance, or affected by problems at the official websites or at the extraction provider.

9. No affiliation

TS Autofill is an independent helper tool. It is not an official government service, and we are not connected with, endorsed by, or acting for any government, embassy, visa centre or other authority, or the operators of the websites listed above.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

11. Ending your use

You may stop at any time by removing the extension and asking us to close your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms; any remaining balance in that case is forfeited.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the last change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
