Delivery Policy

TS Global Solution · TS Connect / TS Autofill

All our services are digital. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge.

1. Account balance

When you pay online, the balance is added to your TS Connect account instantly, as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway. You can see it right away on your dashboard and in the TS Autofill extension.

Manual payments (Bangla QR with a TrxID request) are added after we verify them, usually within a few minutes during office hours.

2. Services

Document extraction, CAPTCHA help, photo background removal and the visa undertaking letters are delivered instantly inside the TS Autofill extension at the moment you use them. Generated letters and photos are saved in your browser and can be downloaded at any time.

3. Delivery area

Our services are delivered online and can be used from anywhere with an internet connection.

4. If something is not delivered

If your payment is confirmed but the balance does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact us with your transaction ID. We will add the balance or refund you as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
